Design and Application
AN Motorsport Ltd can supply a range of high integrity Composite Accumulators and Pressure Vessels for a variety of customers within Motorsport.
The fuel system accumulators have a thin wall alloy liner with a lightweight, filament wound, carbon fibre reinforcing outer shell.
The fuel accumulators have a Schrader valve for charging, and then can either be manifold or fuel rail mounted – depending on customer requirements.

Material of Construction
- Inner liner: – 6082 Thin wall alloy.
- Outer Reinforcing: – Filament wound, Carbon Fibre Composite.
- Viton bladder.
- Gas Port - VG8 thread with Schrader Valve.
- Fluid Port - to suit customer requirements.
- Less than 60g – including fluid port.

- Racing Fuels.
Operating Parameters
- -20 to 160 °C Temperature Range.
- Up to 100 bar Pressure.
- 16 cc Gas volume
