Design and Application
AN Motorsport Ltd are in the advantageous position of being able to design and supply bespoke hard-lines and fittings for rigid and rigid / flexible applications, with the following features:-

• Optimised flow characteristics.
• High-pressure applications.
• Lightweight construction.
• Can be integrally swaged to Titeflex Aerospace flexible hoses.
• Direct connection to FR HiTemp quick disconnect dry break couplings.
• -250 to +350 °C. Operating temperature range.
• Short lead times for bespoke designs.
• 1 offs to batch quantities.
• In house design facility.
• Variety of fixing methods – keep plate, Swagelok, integrally swaged to Titeflex hosing

Material of Construction

• Materials ~ Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Titanium.
• Design and end terminations to suit customer’s specification.
• Sizes ~ 5/32” & upwards.
• ( 5/32” is approx 25% lighter than equivalent 3/16” )
