Design and Application
AN Motorsport Ltd can supply a range of high integrity Composite Accumulators and Pressure Vessels for a variety of customers within Motorsport.

All the Accumulators and Pressure Vessels have a thin wall alloy liner with a lightweight, filament wound, carbon fibre reinforcing outer shell.

• Up to 300 Bar pressure applications.
• Lightweight construction.
• Up to 75% weight saving.
• Standard and bespoke sizes.
• Standard and bespoke ports fittings.
• In house design and test facility.
• All vessels 100% pressure tested and certified.
• Compression Ratio’s up to 8:1.

Material of Construction

• Inner liner: – Thin wall alloy.
• Outer Reinforcing: – Filament wound, Carbon Fibre Composite.
• Accumulators have a Viton diaphragm.
• Gas Port - VG8 thread with Schrader Valve.
• Fluid Port - M12 / M14 Internal thread with O-ring seal.

Operating Media

• Hydraulic Fluids.
• Gearbox and Engine Oils.
• Fuels.
• Coolants.
• Pneumatics.

Operating Parameters

• -20 to 160 °C Temperature Range.
• Up to 300 bar Pressure. ( 220 bar for accumulators )
