Design and Application
AN Motorsport Ltd Brake Lines and fittings are designed to improve the brake system through weight reduction, reliability, responsiveness and consistency.

The brake lines are made from either light weight –2.5 hosing or –3 hosing, both have a sintered PTFE inner core with stainless steel braiding.

AN Motorsport Design are able to supply the fittings in either Titanium or Stainless Steel depending on application and budget.

All the fittings are swaged to the hose to provide a light and secure leak proof joint.
Current application include F1, GP Bikes, Super Bikes and Sportscars.

• Swage T pieces.
• Straight and swept banjo’s.
• Banjo’s with pressure sensor fitting.
• Banjo bolts M10 or 3/8”.
• Banjo bolts with pressure sensor fitting.

Materials of Construction

• Hose – PTFE core with Stainless steel braid.
• Fittings - Titanium or Stainless Steel.
• Covering – Viton or DR25 TW

Size & Weight

• Dependant on application.
