Design and Application
AN Motorsport Quick disconnect couplings are designed for high reliability and performance under adverse conditions.
Offering improved load distribution through a 3-pin integral lug mechanism, which minimizes wear of the locking surfaces.
The lugs also provide the added safety feature of indicating when the coupling is fully engaged and locked.
Connections can be customized to suit customer interfaces including being integrally swaged to Titeflex Aerospace hose products or rigid pipes for additional weight saving and elimination of leak paths
Suitable for use with all fluids currently used in Aerospace and Motor sport systems.

Operation
To couple, insert nipple into socket and push, the pins will follow the Kamlock groove and locate and positively lock. The self-seal feature is automatic and immediately effective.
To uncouple Push and twist the locking ring and withdraw.
