Company Profile

Founded in the early 1950's by Mr. Fred Dutch & Mr. Len Wagstaff in the town of Broxbourne from which it takes its name.

In the late 1960's as the business grew it moved to its current purpose built site in Hoddesdon.

By 1970 the company had bought its first Numerical Controlled Machine, at this point in time employing nearly 30 staff. Over time the level of staff has dropped with the increase in CNC machines purchased.

Broxbourne Engineering has, over the years, built up an enviable reputation within the aerospace and defence industries. Accuracy and expedited production schedules are the normal environment in which our skilled staff work. The company has over the years bought its machines wisely with an eye on the future and our existing customers know our expertise.

It has a staff of fully skilled machinists who both program and operate their particular range of CNC machines. The majority of the staff has served the company for over twenty-five years.

In January 2007 one of Broxbournes key customers, AN Motorsport bought out the company and was renamed AN Precision Ltd; it has retained all the staff and is heavily investing in the Company.
